Quality for us means to feel confident. At Atlas Security, we pay particular attention to continuous improvement and we know that knowledge and progression comes through education.

Personnel Training Seminars

Methodically and with emphasis on the quality and efficiency of the valuable time of our employees, we develop and implement programs that transform our executives into our true competitive edge.

In the context of continuing education, we participated in the program “Structural Adjustment of Employees and Businesses in Economic Crisis” through the NSRF, with the Organization of Manpower Employment Organization (OAED) and the intermediary body Vocational Training SA (EKAE). The aim of the program was to upgrade staff qualifications and skills, respond to new conditions and integrate new technologies into the process of providing the service.

In 2013, training seminars with a total of 300 hours were organized and attended by the entire human resources of the company related to:

Digital security systems
Customer service and complaint handling
Public Relations Techniques
Knowledge and familiarity with ICT use
Health and Safety at Work
Basic principles of environmental management systems
Basic principles of quality assurance
