When you press the Medical button on your alarm keypad, you immediately receive a call from Atlas Security Central Station which then connects you to the INTERAMERICAN Call Center, which operates 24-hours a day, 365 days a year, to provide immediate medical advice or transfer!

Even if you need a health transfer to a hospital, you do not have to worry. You have at your disposal Interamerican’s fleet of privately owned ambulances with modern medical equipment that can transport you to a public or private hospital, depending on your insurance.

It concerns home subscribers, for the purpose of Immediate Medical Assistance to you and your family members. (AtlasMed Home)
It concerns the employees in a company (AtlasMed Business)
The ambulance transport covers the Prefecture of Attica and the Prefecture of Thessaloniki.
Chronic diseases and incidents due to pregnancy are excluded for health transport.
The cost for the upgrade in the service package that includes the Immediate Medical Assistance, amounts to the amount of 1 € / month in addition to your current subscription. The price does not include VAT 24%
The Atlas Security 24-hour Signal Reception Center exclusively undertakes to call and connect the subscriber by phone with the 24-hour coordination center of INTERAMERICAN HELP, as soon as it receives a medical emergency signal from the subscriber’s security system.
INTERAMERICAN ASSISTANCE undertakes the 24-hour provision of medical advice and instructions to the subscriber, by specialized doctors of various specialties, as well as the 24-hour transfer by ambulance to the nearest hospital, in case of need.
A prerequisite for the provision of the AtlasMed service is that the security system has been programmed by the subscriber’s technician / installer to send the medical emergency signal to the Signal Reception Center, in accordance with international communication protocols.
